Our Approach
Tangazoletu was built on the belief that technology should improve lives. That belief does not stop at our products: it shapes how we show up in the communities around us.
Our social responsibility work focuses on three areas where we can make a lasting difference: opening doors to education and skills, standing with learners who are too often left out, and giving our people the chance to serve.
Education & Skills
Through FutureTech Academy, our graduate trainee program, we equip young people with the technical and workplace skills they need to build careers in technology.
Inclusion
We stand with learners with special needs and the schools that serve them, so that every child has the chance to learn, play and belong.
Staff Volunteering
Our team gives its time and energy, not just resources. Staff take part in community visits and mentor the next generation of technologists.
Kambui School for the Hearing Impaired
The Tangazoletu team spent a day with the learners and staff of Kambui School for the Hearing Impaired. We shared gifts and supplies with the learners and supported the school’s entertainment team with branded T-shirts and caps.
More than anything, it was a day of connection: time spent together, smiles shared, and a reminder that inclusion begins with showing up. We are grateful to the school community for the warm welcome.
Our Flagship Initiative: FutureTech Academy
What began as a corporate social responsibility initiative has grown into FutureTech Academy, a rigorous three-year graduate trainee program that takes campus graduates and nurtures them into industry experts.
More than 650 trainees have come through the program since 2018, with a 70% target for women’s participation.
